Fresh bread, all fresh sliced ingredients [even pickles, tomatoes, and pepperoncinis) , made at a great little sub shop in palm desert, they used to have 3 locations (the first one ever Hwy 111, Cathedral City, the third to open Washington Ave, Bermuda Dunes, and the only currently open one on Hwy 111 Palm Desert) many photos of the founder with local celebrities cover the walls.
Huge menu so many choices, unlimited drink refills, clean inside, your sandwiches come wrapped in paper, no plates no utensils (well maybe I never saw or needed) just napkins and the paper for a plate.
Definitely one of the best no-nonsense sandwich shops I have been to ever.
